Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WST Solutions GmbH, Spessartstr. 5, 63599 Biebergemünd, Germany, email office@ecalin.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
