These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through this website. The provider and contracting party is WST Solutions GmbH, Spessartstr. 5, 63599 Biebergemünd, Germany, represented by managing director Walter Warkentin, email office@ecalin.de.
The presentation of products on this website is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order during checkout you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email, or at the latest when the goods are dispatched.
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. In addition, a flat shipping fee of 4,90 € incl. VAT applies per order for deliveries within Germany.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order and is processed by the payment provider Stripe.
Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout within Germany. Details on delivery times can be found on the "Shipping & payment" page.
The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
Statutory warranty rights apply. Please check the goods on receipt and report any transport damage promptly to office@ecalin.de.

Ecalin fluid is intended for external use on animals only. Please follow the instructions on the label.
